Q1. How do I get contact you to get quote?

Q2. How can I send my documents to you?
A2. You can send the documents to us by e-mail, fax or regular mail.
If you have the document available in electronic format, we would prefer that you e-mail it. Please attach the document to your email message and specify your project requirements and the program in which your document was created. When we look at your document in electronic format, we will give you a fixed quote for its translation.
 
Q3. How long will my translation take?
A3. Each projects is unique, and because of number of factors there is no way to accurately generalize the length of time that translation will require. However, the simplest way to determine the amount of time required to complete your translation project is to fill our free quote request form and allow one of our customer service representatives to go over your project, provide an estimate and respond to you immediately.
 
Q4. Can you do urgent projects?
A4. Yes, we can, however, urgent projects require more resources to complete. We will provide you with a detailed quote. If we cannot perform the job within the requested timeframe, we will provide you with a final completion time.
 
Q5. What types of format and files can I send?
A5. We accept document formats in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and our server currently accepts in .doc, .docx, .rar, .txt, .wpd, .zip formats.
 
Q6. What type of payment do you accept?
A6. Currently, we accept payment through wire transfers, credit cards, and Paypal for most projects.
 
Q7. Can you guarantee my project will be kept confidential?
A7. We understand the importance of confidentiality regarding your documents, and will uphold the highest professional and ethical standards. Should you have any questions regarding our policy on confidentiality, please contact us directly, and we will send you our terms and conditions.
 
Q8. How will you deliver the finished project to me?
A8. There are various ways that a translation can be delivered to you: by electronic means that you can publish and print from your desktop, hard copy ready to be copied, or both electronic file and hard copy. We will deliver the documents to you according to your requirements.
